Terms & Conditions.

Refunds:

  1. There are NO refunds for any participant who registers twenty-one (21) or less days prior to an event.
  2. A participant may request a full credit to another event if the request is made seven (7) or more days in advance of the event date. Any difference in costs for the requested event will be the responsibility of the customer.
  3. There are NO refunds for any participant who does not attend an event.
  4. If a participant has registered more than twenty-one (21) days in advance of an event, they may request a full refund within three (3) days and a 50% refund within eighteen (18) days of their original registration date. However, the 50% refund request must be requested more than twenty-one (21) days ahead of the event date..
  5. In the event, PROGRAM15 must make a location, or date change, the participant may request a credit within three (3) days of the notification. Notifications are communicated through the league apps communication system. Please be sure you have opted in for emails or text updates for events.
  6. If PROGRAM15 purchases uniforms or equipment for the event, PROGRAM15 reserves the right to recoup equipment costs for an event by reducing the credit or refund.

To request a refund/credit for circumstances that fall within the policy, you may send an official request to info@program15.com to request a refund or credit. If you are requesting a refund/credit for an event, please provide the parent's name, the participant's name, the reason for the refund/credit request, and any pertinent information for the review process. You should expect a response within three (3) business days.
